This is our Budget Friendly Balloon Garland. These are for pickup only, great for last minute decor arrangements, small parties, or out of our delivery zone customers. Refund Policy
Sorry we do not offer a refund policy for our balloons. Your balloons have either been ordered, prepped, created in advance and or reserved a timeframe that was held for your event or delivery. If your balloon is being delivered and the recipient is not home after several attemps to knock/ring the bell the balloons will be secured on the front porch/door of home.
