Sorry we do not offer a refund policy for our balloons. In case of weather concerns we always advise to make a back up plan for your outisde installation. Because of your date held, balloons and other products ordered that we cannot return we cannot offer a refund. With certain emergency situations we can possibly work out a future credit on a date that works for both parties, whether it may be a balloon or yard card for the same or lesser amount.
