- Please make sure someone will be home during delivery timeframes otherwise the balloons will be left outside

Refund Policy
Sorry we do not offer a refund policy for our balloons. Your balloons have either been ordered, prepped, created in advance and or reserved a timeframe that was held for your event or delivery. If your balloon is being delivered and the recipient is not home after several attemps to knock/ring the bell the balloons will be secured on the front porch/door of home.
