Sorry we do not offer a refunds for your cancellation for this Flower Wall. Please understand we have to assemble each flower, which is very time consuming, we need to order products to create your Wall which are non refundable to us, and we need to reserve your date and time which would hold up our time slot to allow the completion of another order. No refunds or credits are allowed on this product.
