Refund Policy
We do not offer a refund for any item that is purchased or rented. Please understand these terms when checking out. Only in the case of extreme severe weather for Yard Cards, deemed unsafe by our standards will we consider a refund. If you have rented/purchased any of our Balloons, Drapery, Props of any sort please have an indoor plan as their will be no refunds offered for your cancellation. Your payment is our retainer used for products purchased or reserved for your date and timeframe. If there has been an emergency on your part as we understand things happen we are willing to offer only a online credit in which you can purchase or rent any of our shop items.
