Sorry we do not offer a refund policy for our balloons. Your balloons have either been ordered, prepped, created in advance and or reserved a timeframe that was held for your event or delivery.
While we love setting up events for indoors and outdoors we just like to give some advice about balloon set ups for outdoors. First off please make sure your product for purchase or rental offers outdoor installations. Please select outdoor installation. Now we know to bring the proper equipment to prepare for a safe installation that can be stabile for outdoor elements. We always advise using lighter color balloons for outdoors as darker colors can pop on occasion especially when exposed to very hot temperatures and direct sunlight. If you choose a lighter color we will always try to make that the more dominant color. We will do all our professional tips to stretch your balloons and prepare your balloons but outdoor balloons cannot be fully guaranteed. Always find a sheltered/covered spot when possible and have a plan B in case the weather does not allow your party outdoors.
