Our Balloon Number Tower with stand are great for Birthdays, Anniversaries or Graduations. These will be created with one number balloon with a choice of silver or gold. Up to 2 different latex balloon colors may be chosen for the base.
Refund Policy
Sorry we do not offer a refund policy for our balloons. Your balloons have either been ordered, prepped, created in advance and or reserved a timeframe that was held for your event or delivery. If your balloon is being delivered and the recipient is not home after several attemps to knock/ring the bell the balloons will be secured on the front porch/door of home.
